About me:

I’ve lived in Park City, Utah, for 22 years, and I love being in nature in its many forms. I like hiking, biking, skiing and snowshoeing, and if you offered me the chance to spend the day on a river fly fishing, it wouldn’t be a tough sell. I love hanging out with my family, reading great books and writing fascinating blog posts on everything from emotional intelligence to cat wisdom.

I’m passionate about helping people find their “true north” and developing their full potential as leaders—in their own lives, in their families, and in their organizations and communities. My favorite quote is from E.E. Cummings:

“We do not believe in ourselves until someone reveals that deep inside us something is valuable, worth listening to, worthy of our trust, sacred to our touch. Once we believe in ourselves we can risk curiosity, wonder, spontaneous delight or any experience that reveals the human spirit.”


We have a fantastic PeopleSmarts team of folks who bring years of experience, energy and wisdom to our people-building work; my job is just to “round ‘em up and head ‘em out”. I came to PeopleSmarts with a background in behavioral health, management, and business consulting, and here, I get to mix them all up to help people and organizations discover their own greatness and implement sustainable change.
