About me:
I was born and raised in Kalamazoo, MI (yes, there really is a Kalamazoo) and have lived in northern Cali and Illinois near the Windy City. I have come to rest in the beautiful Rocky Mountains of Utah where I live in eternal bliss (okay, fairly peaceably) with my awesome wife and my four treasures (aka my kids).
My driving passion and expertise is in creating greatness in relationships on the micro and macro levels. I first began doing this through my consulting practice with individuals, couples and families (micro level) and have extended it through PeopleSmarts to the organizational and corporate (macro) levels.
My education and experience in systems dynamics theory and the function of organizations continually helps me provide unique insights into creating highly functional and effective relating in organizations.
My expertise is in assessment, strategic planning, team building, leadership development, relationship marketing and product and training development. I get to consult corporations, government organizations, entrepreneurial start-ups and educational entities on leadership, teambuilding, branding and practice development. I am a national speaker, consultant, author and trainer known for providing fun, upbeat, informative and most importantly useful presentations. I love my job!
In short, I am passionate about creating great cultures that foster great relationships within teams and with customers. Besides being a great means to a kicking and vibrant ROI (oh yeah!) it just simply makes for a great way to spend your work life.
