About me:
I am the youngest of four children, born and raised in St. Louis MO. If you’re from St. Louis you’ll want to know what high school I attended - it was Incarnate Word Academy. I moved to Salt Lake City when I was 24 years old and fell in love with the mountains and the desert. My formative years were spent in the Midwest and my maturing years have been spent in the great outdoors of Utah’s vast wilderness.
I am passionate about helping people push through barriers and into their potential. Many times we stall or stagnate because of our own negative thinking. At PeopleSmarts I help design, implement, and evaluate our training programs and consulting projects to help our customers achieve their desired success. One of our training participants told me she’s becoming the leader she really wants to be. Success for me is all about the success of the people we serve.
Professionally, I have experience in management, leadership development, training and consultation, performance management, and coaching. Personally, I have experience river running, skiing, backbacking, cooking and a little bit of knitting. Both my personal and professional experiences give me invaluable lessons about leadership and the pursuit of fulfillment.
